d. A “task force team” in the Production chain, OA, or OC shall be set up to coordinate each special program for coordinating the different departments to tackle any unexpected delay;
e. The “General controlling” meeting that normally must behold once a week to monitor all running production shall be discussing special cases based on overall cases per week in order to have closer monitoring;
f. The logistic department shall be made aware and study in advance with different freight forwarders any means to catch up the extraordinary case. In order to guarantee the fabric delivery in Garment Factory on time, especially foreign ones;
