Firstly listening, customers will tell what they want, maybe specific fabric information such as fabric name/content /color/ weight/hand-feel or fabric development idea as usage/pattern, etc.

Internally each department proactively communicates transparently & clearly the quality status of each step. And this is done in order to identify and align problems in advance. Because it is also crucial to identify all the characteristics of each item to monitor each production step.
No one can say it will be smooth to proceed with each fabric order. Since it is normal that some fabric more likely has some issues, as twill brush fabric more likely has color shade issue, plaids more likely has skewing/bowing issue, clear structure item more likely has slub issue, red color more likely has colorfastness to perspiration issue, light color more likely has foreign yarn and contamination issue, heavier brushed/long hair fabric more likely has a pilling issue, and top dye item more likely has color deviation, etc.
Be transparent and actively solve the problem when it occurs which will help to maintain old customers. Because at the same time developing new customers, also the right way to keep on business growth and forming a benign circle of business.
3. Keep it simple
- Keep our words, make things sample, when we tell the customer the delivery date is 2 weeks, then it is.
- Properly classify our fabric items in a multi-dimensional way by usage, content, color, pattern, technical, etc, simply for customers to review.
- For running items, keep avail sample yards & prepared greige & prepared yarn and test reports by 3rd laboratory, make an order placing simple and fast.
- Continuously developing new products, keeping R & D capability, make fabric development simple for customers, as customers can redevelop based on our items by adjusting surface, colors, patterns, etc, or be inspired by new ideas.
