Jolon realized the importance of sustainability long ago, and took the action to the whole manufacturing chain and obtained a Global sustainable certificate- GRS (Global Recycled Standard) which included five factors traceability, environmental, social, label, general. We use recycled raw materials mainly recycled wool, recycled poly, environment protection dyestuff, and also use eco-friendly manufacturing machines as updated sewage discharge equipment, environment protection dye machine, steamer setting machine.
Normally we can issue TC (GRS -Transaction certificate) of Sustainable fleece wool with over 20% post-consumer recycled poly or over 20% pre-consumer recycled wool. A garment if marked GRS label on sale, not only fabric mill, garment factory also need to be certified and can issue related TC, need GRS certification of the whole manufacturing chain.

What should you pay attention to when you buy woven fleece wool in bulk?
Because of the long hair surface by heavy brushed, the most important thing for technicians is to balance hand-feeling and pilling resistance in production, how to improve the pilling resistance? Selecting better raw material fiber, improving yarn twist, & weaving tightness, or using some finishing additives, etc. Also should take notice of the tensile strength of this fabric.
When garment factory tailoring or ironing fleece fabric, also need to pay attention to the nap direction, nap-down, or nap-up, or it will cause the color shade of a cloth-piece contrast piece.
