We use recycled raw materials mainly recycled wool, recycled poly, environment protection dyestuff, and also use eco-friendly manufacturing machines including updated sewage discharge equipment, environment protection dye machine, steamer setting machine…
We shipped Sustainable Melton fabric container by container to the middle east from 2010, mainly from shanghai port in a 40HQ container which was the nearest port to our mill. Middle east customers prefer Melton of 40%wool 60%poly+others 400Gsm in coffee, dark camel, brown colors, etc, also like to print Golden ship graphic & paper seal at the end of each roll.
Later, Sustainable Melton of 5%wool/95% others, 380gsm became the most popular item in the Korean market. In order to adapt Korean market’s fast delivery & small quantity, our mill adjusted the order way— stock color card way-” normally keep some basic & popular colors in running stock way”.

Even if we paid attention to every step from spinning, weaving dyeing to finishing since it was a white color.
